Group classes with elements of sensory integration

Our group classes with elements of sensory integration integrate the principles of sensory integration to improve physical and emotional well-being. Led by experienced sensory integration therapists, participants engage in sensory-challenging activities to enhance their sensory processing and regulation skills. 

(Classes will last 50 minutes. The number of children in each class will depend on their individual adaptability to the environment and will range between 4 to 6 or up to 10 participants)


Physical Movement-Based and Social Skills Support Group for Adults with Disabilities

The Social Skills Support Group for adults with disabilities is designed to empower individuals with disabilities to attain optimal physical function and maximize their independence through physical activities. Participants will have the opportunity to build their confidence, refine their social skills, and form meaningful relationships in a supportive and safe environment.  

(Classes will last 50 minutes. The number of participants in the group will be determined individually)


Group classes with elements of  acrobatic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics or corrective gymnastics  

This service offers three types of classes for children and youth: Group classes with elements of acrobatic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, and corrective gymnastics.

  • Acrobatic gymnastics classes involve dynamic and exciting exercises that help build strength, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Artistic gymnastics classes emphasize graceful movements and refined techniques, aimed at building strength, flexibility, and grace.
  • Corrective gymnastics classes are designed to address specific physical issues and improve overall movement patterns.

(50 minutes, age groups 4-6yrs, 7-9yrs and 10+ yrs children will be split into groups by age)
